Grateful Dead - “Lazy Lightning > Supplication”
I spent the day in Richmond today so that’s as good an excuse as any to post a classic performance by the Dead from the capitol city of the Commonwealth. This cut is from The Mosque on May 25, 1977 and it is the first release in the “Dave’s Picks” series that begins this spring. Dave’s Picks is a subscription-based package that will offer 4 archival CD releases during 2012. As usual, the Dead keep pumping out incredible music from the archives!
